Flexible duct connectors are a practical and economical method to connect air-conditioning equipment to air pipes, applied between air ducts and air ducts or between air conditioning equipment and air ducts,providing a solution of wear-resistant flexible connectivity to eliminate vibration and noise effent.

Flexible duct connector is formed through fold repression by using fire-resistant fabric and punching sheet . the gas tightness is good,the punching sheet is easy to be made into any shape required, the installation is fast ,it can replace the old common canvas to save time, As long as the galvanized sheet are bent into whatever shape that you need, you may use the tapping screw or the self-plugging rivet to tight them; Another method is to carries on spot welding processing. The result is that the stable, economical ,effective flexibility connection can satisfy all matching requirement.

We use four layer structure in the production process to carry on flange hemstitching joint processing: Two-sided flange hemstitching joint processing causes it denser and reliable between the galvanization steel plate and the fabric .at the same time it has the special protective function to the fabric, the flexible duct connector is easy to form into any shape, moreover the surface flange hemstitching joint can prevent the fabric to suffer injury.

The flexible duct connector has five kinds of material to be possible to select: A level fire-resistant, silicone resin, fluorine resin, PVC and canvas.

How to solve shocks proof the mouth the corner joint?

Here we suggest that the user use the following methods to handle the terminal connection,the step is:
1,according to the blower's perimeter as fixed size, reserves 2.5~4Cm (i.e. 1 " ~11/2 ") the length, cut the shock proof with white iron shears according to the level line from middle of the flange (to see Figure 1)

2, Cut the two side galvanization steel plates off from shock proof flange, only left the fabric to prepare the connection. (see Figure 2)
